Hello everyone,
I've been watching this forum for some time and I find it very interesting.
I'm currently working as an HSE engineer during Turn Around of OIL refinery. Looking for a good practice in TA, for example hydraulic nut cutter for screws to be cut, it's better and safer then classic cutting. NO Flog device during assembly / dismounting of screws etc. Did't see a good practice when building scaffold inside column for example, or how to build a scaffold when heat exchanger should be pulled out.
Is there any place here where we can put and see a practical and safer way of carrying out dangerous work during manitance, how to reduce Risk by an example, with more sophisticated equipment maybe etc.

Thank you for any help
