Does anyone here already get a Rostechnadzor permit ? Can you explain the process of licensing , please...

More precisely about Russia I'm interested in the geology of gas fiels in Nenetsia. I could get a job here but I need the Rostechnadzor permit and don't get much data about the Yamal Peninsula ...
