How to get pls cadd 15

i have plscadd version 15 installer but i would want 2 things:

the first is a *****ed version of plscadd version 14 or at least 13 before i send the installer so i at least get something out of this if it cant be *****ed or they dont share it with me.

and secondly when the 15 is *****ed i get a version of that.
