Hello all.

I have to design a simple manually activated alert system: In case of emergency or intrusion (terrorist attack), a guard will activate manually an emergency alarm call point and some audio visual signaling will activate in the area and in other locations like central control room and security building ...etc. for an oil and gas installation.

this is a simple system but my question is : what are the applicable standards for such a system ?
