Was wondering if anyone has links to some good Aspen tutorials online.

I have a project assignment that requires me to use Aspen to calculate fluid properties (friction factor etc) for a pipe-flow system. Could anyone tell me what part of Aspen I need to use to calculate that? I have the DVD, just don't know which Aspen application I need to use.
