Slug volume calculation in OLGA

Hello Guys;

I want to calculate slug volume in OLGA. OLGA will predict no.of slug,length of slug and accumulated liquid hold up volume.How can i use all these parameter for slug volume calculation? is there specific formula?????

Hello. Well, you have to add the SLUGTRACKING FA-MODEL and run your simulation. In the output you will see the Statistics, it will show you all that you asked. Also you can add in your simulation some variables that are special for SLUGTRACKING, I cant remember the names of the variables. I hope this explanation can help you.

Dear Omeme 84 and all.
How can you add SLUGTRACKING Model? I used OLGA 5.2.1 but It's lack of this Model and more Corrosion, Wax model( only have PIGTRACKING, PLUG, SLUGILLEGAL)
Please tell me that I am not understand OLGA yet or craked software have problem ?
Please comment for me or more talking about OLGA information

I think nghiah5, that the software is OK. It´s just that you are adding the FA-MODEL by clicking a branch node. You have to click with the right button in the case name and then you look for FA-MODEL and then you will find the SLUGTRACKING option and others .

Can corrosion model work same way. IT did not work for me in version 6 downloaded from this forum saying lic failed. whereas Other modules (sliug, pig , ) are working. Please confirm
