Tube sheet material for nuclear power plant steam generator

please suggest us tube sheet material for a nuclear power plant steam generator other than SA-508. the material suggested must be in latest practice around the world. please comment if SA-541 1A OR SA-266 gr. 2 could be used (if so also require some reference)
