600+ Engineering xls

I'm sorry to be a pain on this. This is a fantastic collection of tools, truly amazing. I'm having a problem that hopefully someone can help with. When I download it comes through as a .rar file and I can not open it. What am I doing wrong? If someone could help that would be great. Thanks
