at last i have done it
installed succesfullllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

here what i have done diffrent

removed my windows
installed 64-bit win 7
donot install antivirusssss
disabled UAC
and try saif instruction step by step
done !!!!

u will nid to install internet information services 6 or a worldwide web services on ur computer.
to do dat go to
1. control panel, click the uninstall program option
2. beside it u will fnd turn on or off windows, click it
3. A window will pop-up giving options of IIS 6 n worldwide web services
