Version 14.0 brings not installer runs perfectly with the solution RunAsDate-x64, the version now comes with applied defaul faultysolution solution, so just run version 14 and the program will start correctly.

I am not clear how to create a new data source to Sql server. I have tried several time but when I run the Etap 14 and create new project, in the end there is an error "There is no Local DB ODBC setup for ETAP, please setup Local DB DSN". That is the problem I am always facing. Maybe somene from this forum could help me?How to run this portable version:
Download and extract on a Drive then
You must run as Administrator
1. Download RunAsDate for x64

and put the date 09.01.2015
2. Click Start->Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tool->DataSources (ODBC)

Could you elaborate how to create a new data source to Sql server as you have already showed above. I have tried several times but I though always failed. Because I can not open old project or create a new project.
In the end I always faced an error "There is no Local DB ODBC setup for ETAP, please setup Local DB DSN".
