Hi guys. I really need your help.

I just install the Smart plant instrumentation.. and I used this serial number.. a) SPI: 00098601401160

it was installed sucessfully, however, when I open the SPI, it say the following error, "999 Oracle library OCI.DLL could not be loaded."

and the followed by , " SPLM Failed: A valid license file could not be loaded on this machine." and then it closes the application.

guys, please help me, how can I fix this error. i really want to use this SPI.

Logon on the Administration module using using your Domain password. open the domain, click on the access rights, open the 'Instrumentation' Group that you created earlier, click on Domain level and change the access for Instr. Index Supporting Tables to "Modify(Add/Update)". Click save and click close. Log on to SPI as a user and open instrument index, go to the menu and click Tables, Hola, all the items will be active. enjoy
