I contrast the post #5 with this last post and i see that missing standard is not EN ISO 6149-4: 2014 is EN ISO 6149-4: 2006

i say this for your consideration.

the thing is that is the same standard;
ISO addpted it 2006 as ISO 6149-4: 2006
CEN addoped same ISO standard 2014 so it became EN ISO 6149-4: 2014
