Minimum safety distances

Hello All
can anyone helpe me to the minimum safety distance requirements for Electrical sub (144 kV or 250 kV) and other related facilities from the gas plant or oil storage facilities
I'd also very much appreciate if you'd let me know which is the applicable code/ standard for this.

for substations and buildings offices or administrative distance is 15 m for quick check
for combustible liquid storage tanks and buildings distance is 76 m
for combustible liquid storage tanks and control room 45 m
for combustible liquid storage tanks and pumping room 30 m

Those numbers have beeen around since quite some time and are widely used at least for
prelininary plot plant development, some references are

and there are alot more but i dont have them handy
