I have a copy now of A Guide to Quantitative Risk Assessment for Offshore Installations. Many thanks to you all for this forum. I hope to be able to contribute soon. The subject areas I am working on at the moment are Process Safety Indicators, Golden Rules of Safety (as initiated by BP) and philosophy for removing deluge systems on gas installations . Anyone interested in these areas?
