The instructions are very clear.
However, the following issues were found, the understanding of the instructions and the process of installation
1. I don't know how to remove the resistry from the previous version of Etap (22.5 also can not be installed).
2. When starting the installation by selecting 'Select Software and License Manager' in Etap 24.0.1, a pop-up appears during the installation and the program can not proceed.

3. Is Etap 24.0.1 only available on Windows 10? Can not be installed on Windows 11 etc?

1. I don't know how to remove the resistry from the previous version of Etap (22.5 also can not be installed).

- Not need to uninstall all other versions, however it is better to uninstall it because the database is different in Etap 24.0.1
- Not need to cleanuing registry
- Uninstall only the version of ETAP license manager
- uninstall Microsoft visual C++ redistributable 2015-2022 both 32 bit and 64 bit also Intel Fortran Compiler runtime from Control Panel

- Turn off your antivirus, some are sensitive
- Stop "Etaps Lic Mgr" --> This PC --> Right Click --> Manage --> Services and Applications --> Services --> find "Etaps Lic Mgr" --> Right Click --> stop
- Apply solution *****
- Start "Etaps Lic Mgr" --> This PC --> Right Click --> Manage --> Services and Applications --> Services --> find "Etaps Lic Mgr" --> Right Click --> start
- Turn On your antivirus, some are sensitive


3. Is Etap 24.0.1 only available on Windows 10? Can not be installed on Windows 11 etc?
It works perfectly with Windows 11.

Many problems have been solved thanks to your help, but at last, pop-up window appears "failed to connect to database"

As mentioned above, the database version 24.0.1 is different from other versions of Etap.
Try running the following files as administrator. in the directory "C:\ETAP 2400\Other"

- CleanUpLocalDB.cmd
- ETAPFixToolbars.cmd

If that doesn't work, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the SQL managers; they are located in the ISO file and then in the REDIST directory.

Hi Bro,
Installation was finished without any issue and software opens. It LOOKS all modules are activated. However when run any of the module, software popups to contact to get license to get quote. Also, needs to run - CleanUpLocalDB.cmd
- ETAPFixToolbars.cmd every time.

The software must be offline; there's an indicator in the bottom right corner of the main window that tells you it's offline. If it's not, block the software in your firewall.

This should solve your problem.
