10" and 12" pipe how many mm ?

Guys,
10" pipe is 323.8 or 323.9 mm ?
12" pipe is 273 mm or 273.1 mm ?

Which values we must use as per standard?
I have sketch table written different, ASME B36.10 - 2018 written different.
For example they are saying 10" is 273 mm. Up to now I use 273,1 mm at all my projects.

12" pipe is 323.9 mm

These are based on API Specification for Linepipe (API 5L). These are outside diameters.
