Perforation is outside the grid in ECLIPSE SCHEDULE: Help!!!

So, I was building schedule in Eclipse for a reservoir and after importing grids, properties and the deviation survey (in .CNT)...I got this error that says: Perforation is outside the grid. Have tried everything possible but to no avail. Suggestions are welcomed.

suggestion #1: have a look in FloViz where your perforations should be :-)

Thanks i-anuar. It has been resolved already. My initial interval was way below the specified depths of the grid. Thanks for your kind gesture.
