I Have ASTM E1290 -02, I hope it works untill you find the newer version

Mr. losvre, you are right. ASTM E1290-08e1 "Standard Test Method for ------Tip Opening Displacement (CTOD) Fracture Toughness Measurement" was withdrawn on 2013, and there is no replacement standard.
