Quickest way to EARN a degree?

Can anyone perhaps provide some input on the quickest way to EARN a petroleum engineering related degree?
I've been working in the industry for over 12 years ... 1/4 of that time was spent in IT and the rest was in Reservoir Engineering.
I am one of those individuals that work very hard but have not taken the time to study towards a degree ... I would like to EARN a degree in the shortest time possible, as work does keep me extremely busy ... I am much more competent than any of the graduates entering our industry, that i know of, but without a degree my career is no longer progressing at an acceptable pace.
Any advice would be appreciated!

I recommend studying at Heriot-watt university, Institute of petroleum engineering. It has great staff, and high quality education. You can enroll in the one-year Master programme, either in "MSc of petroleum engineering," or "MSc in reservoir evaluation and managment."

With the flexibility to study on campus in Scotland, Dubai, or study using the "distance learning Programme" and the certificate is the same.

with distance learning you don't have to travel and leave your work, just get the materials, study them, and have the exam.
