Would appreciate help in solving a problem. I have a siemens s7 plc with a rs 485 comms card connected to the scada. The scada software is arc view. Any help to sort out the comms problem would be appreciated.

why dont u use converter from rs-485 to ethernet than maybe use modbus tcp for protocl to communicate to arcview
