H2 , Methane and other Hydro carbons fall under the same. And if i am not wrong then UV flame detectors are used to detects presence of H2 flame ( not view able easily in day light).

Hence H2 leakage sensing and then presence of fire due to hydrogen leakage are two different things.............

My understanding is that you do not use specific hydrogen detectors at your site (either fixed or portable H2 detector one), you only use the common Electrochemical LEL sensors.

Is it correct. Thanks for your confirmation for my refertence.
