Do you have the subject document with you for load flow, short circuit, motor start, harmonic , co-ordination etc approved by your client ?

When can you say that the Client approved the ETAP solution?.. How do they test it?.. I mean how do they approve it?

ETAP software is just a tool. Maybe someone can know how to use it, but what to attained maybe difficult. You need to check Client specifications, if you can achieved those requirements in ETAP, then your solution is good enough. You can have an approve ETAP example file, but if you do not have a Client specification document, it is useless.
