Hey, guys

I am dealing with the offshore well. It says that the Mud Line is 3281 ft BMSL. TD is at 14600 ft TVD SS. Does it mean that TD is measured from the rig kelly bushing to the wellbore end , and well's TVD (we have vertical well) is 11319 ft below MD?

The point here that I don't understand is whether TD extends to sea-surface or to MD.
