when replacement tank bottom , annular plates and foundation shall be the hydro-testing did, but for larger diameter tank is difficult to do. because, the water filling and disposal are difficult. e.g tank dia 63.3m& 18.36 m h need 57700 m3 water volume to do hydro-testing.
