Dear DAH7542
Thank your for ur replies
i dont actually know the issue, because i input all the values and when i run it, the values disappear. Anyways ive sorted it out by running the model in using Block Center rather than Corner Point
But i have this issue simulating the fracture.According to the Eclipse Manual
"In a dual porosity run of ECLIPSE the number of layers in the Z-direction should be doubled.
ECLIPSE associates the first half of the grid (the first NDIVIZ/2 layers) with the matrix blocks,
and the second half with the fractures. In such runs NDIVIZ must therefore be even; ECLIPSE
checks that this is the case."
I have input the matrix properties for the first 4 Zlayers of my 7x7x8 model and fracture properties for the remaining 4 Zlayer. But running the simualtion in the Grid Section, the Permeabilities and Porosities entered appear the same for all the region.. Moreover, no matter how many layers i add in the Zlayer, it is considered as a single layer when simulated.
What do you think d possible reason is ?? When i remove the Fractured REservoir model from the Case Definition, it works perfect, but d moment i click on the Fractured REservoir, the model completely changes.
Could u please help me how to tackle modelling a Fractured REservoir ??
Thank you
