I do not have this book, but, What do you need exactly?, Chemical or Physical concept of rotary kiln, or mechanical design calculation of this.
It's possible that I can help you, in the mechanical calculation, of any part of this, but in the case of Chemical or Physical applications i can't help, basically because i unknown this.

Sorry, but my english is very little.
