  2. What is Code stamp requirement?

    As ASME section VIII-1, you have to preheat 200oF before cladding and after forming. cladding before forming is the bad way to do. Normalizing of formed head used to make the head distorsion if you couldnot control the heat input.

  4. cladding has to be done before forming.

    You can never do the explosion bonding process on the formed dishend .
