In vertical well sand stone I saw suddenly sharp increase in fluid flow (oil+water) Water cut increased about 15% and decrease in oil production and Pump intake pressure increase about 150psi.

could you plaease advise me

Check what is your new PI, and try to understand why it has improved. If you have done no stimualtion job this implies the skin may have changed. If your BSW is above 60%, the increase in WCT may have improved the relative perm of the water and the equivalent perm of total fluid....

May be the water coning, below you target zone is any aquifer or not? its better decrease the choke size and check the water cut.
