I had the same problem with my friends computer..
I uninstalled MSQL then restarted
Uninstalled AspenOne V7.2
Restart
Cleaned Temp folder
Cleaned registry (make sure to backup ur system drive, if u delete anything wrong ur windows wont start)
Restart
Removed Aspen folder from program files and program data, also from common files in program files
I did the same for Hyprotech folder
restart.
Installed the license for standalone
Installed MSQL russian version
Installed Hysys
Restarted
Run hysys
