Considering that your purity requirements are only 90% each only distillation alone is sufficient to separate these three.
So you need 2 columns
First assuming direct split will give you O Cresol at top and M+P C's at bootoms
Second will then seprate these two.
Note that second column will need considerable stages and reflux.
Other option is to make use of deifference is meling points of the Meta and Para . There you can use melt crystallization in place of second column.
But the purity levels that you seek can be aceheived by distillation alone so 2 column system is best option
Thanks a lot my friend foe your quickly response, I was reviewing some papers and other techniques to separate these cresols, using liquid extraction, but I think that these alternatives introduce a new component which may contaminate the system and need more equipments.
