Install COMThermo Extended Property Packages in ASPEN 8

i have previous hysys case (aspen 7) and i use Neotec Black Oil as the Property Package
when i try to open it by aspen 8 i get the following error message (click on image to see in large size)

in ASPEN 7 i use Neotec Black Oil. by selecting COMThermo Pkg radio button from the Property Package Selection list on the Set Up tab of the Fluid Package property view.
but in aspen 8 don't find COMThermo Pkg radio button in the Property Package Selection list

very thanks for reply , but how i can make it work because i need to use Black Oil Property Package like Neotec Black
