Thesis on "Directional Drilling"

I'm MSc Petroleum Engineering Student, doing a Thesis on "Innovative Drilling Technologies used in Directional Drilling (D.D)"...I have downloaded some stuff from SPE .. also some basic books about (DD). I want some more info about (DD)..its implementation, how to used in multilateral wells and also about the DD over different kind of Drillings like underbalance drilling,..and the techniques used to reduce the drilling cost...Please guyz help me out about this info..so that I can make my thesis...Thanking you

I would recommend you to use Landmark's EDM WellPlan applicatioN. Make multiple scenarios like vertical well, directional well, horizontal well and run predictions under torque drag, hydraulics, swab surge, well control and critical speed analysis or as required by you. It would come with the best comparisons in the end more swiftly and interactively.
