Relative permeability by JBN method

Does any body know the JBN method for calculating the relative permebility. I could not get the slope of d Sav/d Qi
Sav 0.225 0.30 0.35 0.40 0.45 0.475
Qi 0.251 0.90 2.02 3.63 7.2 9.800
If I have to find Fraction flow "Fo"=dSav/dQi the answer are

Fo 0.1127 0.0525 0.038 0.025 0.0112 0.00778
How can I get the answer?
