help me regarding stripper designing

Take 30 real trays. Take 2ft distance between two trays. Feed zone 5ft. Above top tray another 5ft. Below bottom tray take another height equal to surge volume at bottom . This is approx height. The diameter can be found out from KF tower tray design software.

but i dont want to assume trays,i want to calculate it by some method..do you know any of it???
