Need Help in Hysys Simulation of Natural Gas Compression

To all Interested Forum Members,
I have done simulation in Hysys on Natural Gas Compression using Reciprocating Compressors. I am attaching the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) in *pdf to understand the process cycle. The compressor train consists of:
1. Suction Knock Out Drum(KOD)
2. Reciprocating Compressor
3. Air Cooler
4. Discharge KOD
The above is repeated for further stages of compression as can be seen in PFD. On each stages of compression there is an additional feed of gas , which has been shown attached to Mixer. The KODs drains are shown now as open to atmospheric pressure, though in practice are being taken to a common pipe header and then re-flashed to Suction KOD. Suction KOD drain is channeled to a separate independent stream, which at present shown open for running basic simulation.

Question: I am unable to run this simulation, though all relevant parameters have been filled up, except air flow in Aircooler, which I am not aware at present. But for sizing purpose, have only indicated the pressure drop in cooler, as well as air inlet temperature and gas outlet temperature.
I would be glad to learn the tricks of the trade of this simulation if any one volunteers to help me. Please let me know to further dialogue on this subject matter. I am prepared to share the information if genuinely members co-operate.

Have I generated sufficient interest in the study I have presented. If anybody interested further to pursue the case please? Do you have any questions which can be answered? If I haven't brought any candor to the subject, this is the platform to express. This is very academic as well as practical in nature. Please let me know so that a justice can be done to the subject of Chemical Engineering.

I have some comments to your model:
- with Air cooler: pressure drop not exceed 50 KPa; Air outlet temp. does not exceed 40 oC; I assume that number of fan is to 4 and all fan has: Demanded speed is to 3600 (rpm), Max. acceleration per sec. is to 500, Design speed is to 5000 rpm, Design air flow rate is to 1E6 m3/h, current air flow: not input. Demanded speed may vary to meet product temp.
- increase stream 5 temp. to obtain vapor fraction of stream 6A = 0;
- Stream 26 vapor fraction is not to 0 (correct it's location).
-I think that you should recheck discharge pressure of compressor, and location of stream 24, 25 and 26. Follow me, stream 26 feed into V-100 is the most appreciate due to pressure and liquid fraction condition.

I use Aspen hysys 7.3 so you can not open my file. I did not attach here.

I will remodel based on your comments as above. However It would have given me more confidence,if I had the input file in say 7.2. Is there any way we can get in version 7.2? The other way for me is to get 7.3.

Dear Ones,
Thank you for your involvement in the discussions for solution of the process. You guys helped me beyond one can think of, but ultimately I am not able to see the solution for want of higher version. The best thing one can help me is to give me instructions stream-wise and equipment-wise to enter in my input file and revise it. This way I can run the simulation to see the solver active. I think this is best way. Would somebody volunteer to help me to conclude the topic or suggest some refinements. Some members suggested some changes to be adopted in version 7.2, but I couldn't succeed.
Hopefully some one will come forward in this regard.
