Jet fuel pipeline cleaning and related standards

Dear fiends ...

Currently, im working in Angola, i have installed a small pipeline 3 " (made from seamless steel) from a steel storage tank in order to supply a turbine with jet b fuel.

I have now to define the cleaning process of the pipeline, because the first analisys of the fuel gave bad specifications.

[B]Can someone please sent me API RP 1540, and other material or opinion that can help me on this case?
