I made small program for material balance equation

Hi temr.
Some of us old-fashioned folks are still swimming in MS Office 2003. Your file is in MS-O 2007 or more recent, and doesn't convert without corruption. Please can we request you to post in old .xls format so that we may review and provide feedback?

It's a nice effort, but I think you may be reinventing the wheel a bit. Here's some sheets I use

Thanks for the link but , i am not inventing the "wheel" i want to understand how the "wheel" is working - thats what i call engineering
Sorry - I misunderstood...... normally when someone takes the time to even make a manual for something I assume it is for more than a self-help excercise.
You are correct in that seeking to understand how the wheel works is indeed what engineering is about - I've been one for half my life... In that time, I have come to the strong opinion that being a responsible engineer also involves helping people when needed (an opinion which I know you share - nice Eclipse tutorial!), which was what I thought I was doing - sorry if I inadvertently stepped on toes

Checked the .xls file (thanks, by the way), but the problem persists - and I get an error message saying "too many cells to format". This was the same error when I converted your MSO 2007 file to 2003. Bad luck for us old fashioned excel users I guess.

is is more advance comparing to 2003 also the restriction of having only 256 columns in one sheet have been removed as far as i remember )))
Temr !! I give up. You're worse than my boss (who is ooooold, and is already surfing on Vista/7 OS's). I know, I know.....give me time to change. In the meanwhile, kudos on an excellent effort. Sometimes, re-inventing the wheel makes you a master craftsman.
