the 2d/move license you have needs be run on a non vista windows machine and you need to add two rows to the header.

XXXXXX change this to your computer name
YYYYYY change this to the path where mvfd is installed eg if you install the flexlm software C:\MVEflexlm9.5\mvfd.exe then the line will look like this

DAEMON mvfd C:\MVEflexlm9.5\mvfd.exe
==================================license file below
SERVER XXXXX any
DAEMON mvfd YYYYYYYY
