    I working on a refrigerated LPG tank which works at atmospheric pressure and cryogenic temperature. I need to install an Emergency Block Valve (EBV) to isolate the great inventory. Best practices say that the valve has to be as close as possible to the tank nozzle, however on field there is an expansion joint (EJ), by the way that is the weakest point. Should the EBV be installed between the tank's nozzle and the EJ or after the EJ?
