hmmm i cant realy tell you like this, tho i can offer you 2-3 solutions, first of all try checking your ris shema manager, and batch services, are they setup correctly,
try loading all of the spec options, i dont know why but that gave me some problems once, and last try making a new projest, with new shemas.
if you can describe me how did you install and setup oracle and pds i might be able to answer you more correctly.
