send me your email address and I will send you the workbook. I am not used to rapidshare or some other sharing utility. file size is about 7MB so I suppose it won't be a problem. I also find these videos you sent me but I don't understand Spanish. workbook is also of little use since there is no videos but still... better to have something than nothing.
