This group is formed for junior engineers who having less experience. The reason behind this group is the members who having less experience can ask their doubts to the masters in this field.
I started this group because as a junior engineer i know that at this stage (at the beginning of career) we have lots of question in our mind rather than the answer.
So, i request and invite all the juniors and specially the experts/experience person to join this group, share your knowledge, give advice and help the junior to become a successful in the respective field
