SP3D2011-R1 Piping material specification(spech) installation

Dear Friends
I had installed SP3D 2011-R1 also created sample project but in that i have only 4.nos of spech
after searching a lot i came to know that there are many specs in deliverable which u have to install through Bulk-load and assign permission which i am unable to do
Please Help me for the same
