Cadworx 64 bit for windows 7???

cadworx 2010 works with autocad 2011 64 bit. but when i try run cadworx equipment it says load hardware lock HL. does any have ******** for this! cuz im using autocad2011 64 bit! please help me! i really appreciate your help!
