Piping in FEED?

What you are asking is how to have experience to eventually have an expertise, without creating the expertise thru working in projects within different layers of the piping design field
FEED in itself is not unrelated to project engineering, that has as one of its main disciplines Piping Design
on the other hand the current practice is to use one of the most popular cad cae design systems, so you have to learn and become efficient in one or several of them, that is not easy and takes time. After thta you should participate in several projects to learn the hidden secrets of pipinng design that has to do with rules of thumb, learned lessons, workflows, etc
maybe this answer is not what you were expecting but its my advise to anyone that want to excdel in this discipline
