Is it possible to add an equation to a condition? What I mean is, if stream 1 and 2 go through a heat exchanger which uses stream A and B as a cooling medium, is it possible to set the temperature of the output cooling medim (B) to be X degrees cooler than the output of the hot stream (2)?
