Compressor Selection Guidelines

I want to have the guidelines for

1) Reciprocating compressor selection (for ammonia refrigeration system)

2) Screw compressor selection (for air)

2) Refrigeration system design, equipments selection (for chilled water making)

3) Standards for the above

I will be very thankful , if someone send me the above.

Can any one guide me:
We have 50% ethanol -water vapor from distillation column top of which we want to increase pressure. We desire about 0.5 bar(a) pressure at suction that is vacuum in column and 1.15 to 1.2 bar(a) at outlet .
May be this not a compressor but blower kind of thing.
Can any one help and suggest some supplier?
