Here at work we have a rather large database of threads which we use with Autodesk Inventor. Some of the hassle of making new tools is finding which thread will work best on each ID or OD. I want to make an Excel sheet that will accept the ID or OD dimension and then output all threads from our custom database which will fit.
Is this possible in Excel? And if so, how should I go about learning how this is accomplished?
