  • How to calibrated Vortex flow meter.

    Dear all,

    My company located in Vietnam, we have 16 boiler systems (range of capacity from 6 TPH to 30 TPH) to supply steam to client factory, we used vortex flow meter (brand: Endress Hauser) to measure supplied steam, based on it we make payment to client.

    however, after 2 years, the client request us to calibrated and verification all vortex flow meter.

    So, anyone can explain to me the procedure to calibrated Vortex flow meter and international standard for calibration vortex flow meter

      You can use wet calibration method.
      Use a master flow meter (high accuracy flow meter) for comparing the values and calculate the error
