  • PSV sizing , two phase flow

for sizing PSV with critical and two phase flow (vapor + liquid) I have utilized extensively Excel with Prode Properties as process simulation library

Prode Properties works adding macros in Excel which allow to solve problems in process simulation,
for PSV sizing there is a macro which solves (with rigorous thermodynamics based on selected EOS) a isentropic nozzle model, this macro allows to select from several methods

    HEM (Homogeneous Equilibrium Model)
    HNE (Homogeneous Non Equilibrium)
HNE-DS (Homogeneous Non Equilibrium, the Diener/Schmidt procedure)
    NHNE (Non Homogeneous Non Equilibrium)

I have been requested to validate the results,
while for HEM (Homogeneous Equilibrium Model) and HNE-DS there are several examples in literature
for NHNE (Non Homogeneous Non Equilibrium) I have found little.

Do you know where I can find numerical examples solved with NHNE method ?

I have a collection of experimental data (I don't remember the author, values are for water + steam),
about NHNE you should find one (or more) thesis.
